Here is a simple and healthy dinner recipe for mussels with organic wholemeal spaghetti.
Boil your organic wholemeal spaghetti in a large pot full of salted water. Then in a separate pot soften some onion, garlic, chili and tomatoes in a little olive oil. Then add a cup of water and half a cup of white wine, a little salt & Pepper and bring it to a boil.
When it is boiling add your washed mussels, cover with a lid and boil for a 1-2 more minutes. Next take the pot off the heat and scoop out the mussels and the juice on to your organic wholemeal spaghetti and serve sprinkled with parsley.
Wholemeal products have a bran that provides most of the fiber from whole grains. Wholegrain flour is particularly high in B vitamins, including niacin, thiamine and folate. Wholegrain products also contain more minerals, such as zinc, iron, and magnesium.
