Here is a simple yet healthy dinner recipe made from a quick stir fry.

You don’t need a wok for a simple stir fry like this and your tiny fry pan can do the job. It can also poach your organic egg straight after that without a wash up.

I often serve an egg on a small toasted sourdough bread slice, buttered with avocado

My stir fry is just chopped Tomatoes, Capsicum and Onions.

On the side, I have some more easy healthy salad vegetables, cucumber and an asparagus spear.
